Appointments
If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. Please note, new patients must call to schedule their appointment.

Insurance
Our practice accepts most insurance. We are in-network with many major insurance companies including AETNA, BCBS, UHC, and PHCS. To determine your insurance benefits and payment options, please give us a call at (713) 953-1356. If you do not wish to use your insurance or our services are not covered there are very reasonable self-payment options.
